Retrofit Services
We receive many calls from clients who love their home but want to bring it into the right century when it comes to technology. With older, pre existing homes unless your doing a large scale remodel, alot of the wiring is difficult to run. However, we are professionals, and we can make it happen.
We use all the resources at our fingertips to design, and install the best that technology has to offer, in your current home, and yes, we do offer our services to historic homes also. We have extensive experience in working with homes that have lath and plaster construction.
Proper Spec Home Wiring
Alot of our clients are buying or building a spec home, or a trac home that they are still able to modify to suit their needs. We work with the future homeowners, and the contractor to make sure that all of the proper wiring is in place to make your home future ready.
The most common call we get is to help turn a bonus room into a man cave, etc. We can definitely do that, but the best man caves are part of a fully integrated home, and we can do that too. There is no better time to call than when you are first starting your building project. We work with a lot of smart people, but having a professional understand your wants and needs, goes a long way in achieving your dreams.
Custom Built Home Systems Design
Working with a great custom builder is always exciting. We work with our customers to make sure all of their wants and needs are addressed during the building process. Unfortunately, we are one of the last subcontractors that are contacted, but we urge you to contact us early on as we have several ways that we can assist in also keeping the cost of your custom built home down.
If you are just starting the process of planning feel free to give us a call even before the contractor, or while your still having plans drawn so that we can assure all of your wants get accounted for.
